Fusion is a social app and fintech platform: users join or create communities, and manage money with a digital wallet and virtual cards.
What I did
- Crafted user-friendly interfaces and an analytics-focused admin portal with the designer.
- Refined user flows and improved onboarding.
- Ensured designs were implemented faithfully by the development team.
Key challenge
- Frontend and backend teams sat in different companies — solved with regular alignment meetings and an iterative process.
Outcomes
- Integrated digital wallet and virtual cards into a social app.
- Launched successfully with strong adoption in the target audience.
